No Cancellation, Returns or Refunds
  • Final Sale: All memberships purchased at ZenXFit are final sale. This means that once a membership is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any memberships purchased, including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, or annual memberships.

Membership Transfer
  • Transfer Policy: Although we do not offer returns or refunds, we do provide the option to transfer your membership to another individual.

  • Transfer Fee: Membership transfers are subject to a fixed fee, which will be discussed and finalized at our physical gym location.

  • Transfer Process: To initiate a transfer, please visit ZenXFit during regular business hours to complete the necessary paperwork and payment.
